About Me

Hi and welcome to my page! My name is Edna J. Tilton, I am a flower obsessed twenty-five year old and a graduate from the University of Hawaii at Manoa (2021). During my time in college, I studied Travel Industry Management through the Shidler College of Business where I found my passion for event planning and event design.

I interned with a wedding planner / florist on Oahu, HI in 2019 and it completely changed my life. I was fortunate enough to land a job with the same company after my internship ended, furthering my floral and event planning skills. I specialized in event layouts and rental designs as well as social media and floral arrangements. I learned how to create recipes for floral designs, client relationships, ordering, and of course bringing the vision to life through arrangements.

I also took upon myself to do some freelancing on the side for friends / family’s events which strengthened my design skills as well as business operation knowledge.

In 2023, I moved back home to Stuart, FL where I continued my flower passion and learned new skills by working as a shop florist. Here I learned the process of daily order arrangements, holiday planning, and continued working events.

Starting my floral career in Hawaii, I learned to adore tropicals and vibrant color palettes. I loved playing with a blend of tropical garden style with fluffy garden roses and deep lush monsteras. I absolutely love a whimsical and organic arrangement style that show cases the beauty of flower itself. Arrangements that inspire me are typically colorful, have a wild garden vibe with a touch of tropical beauty.
